A team of athletes blazing the trail to new PR's. Twenty weeks of training increase endurance, improve intensity and prepare athletes for bigger races, longer distances and pursuit of the podium. Training is more intense and matches each athlete's performance goals.
Athletes compete at Sprint, Olympic, Half Iron and Iron levels and for those parallel training for mono-sport races such as ½ marathon full, ultra marathon and Adventure Sports. Athletes often meet on non-team training days for 'no-drop' mid-long distance cycling, lake swimming and brick training. Locations vary and may include destinations not commonly included in weekly practices. Former 20- week program
