28-Week Off-Season Program

October 5, 2024 to April 27, 2025

Groups meet Tues 6:45pm-8:15pm and Sat/Sun 7:00am-8:30am. Multi-sport training to maintain your momentum.

  • 90 minute coached sessions with a variety of drills and workouts
  • Indoor pool swim sessions two days a week
  • Indoor brick (bike/run) session once a week
  • Each training session includes 30 mins of strength training
  • 126 total trading hour
  • $18 per training hour for the season
