What our athletes have to say

Have questions? We’re here to help!

You have landed in the perfect place.  We will provide information week by week and cover everything you need to know to accomplish your first.

We got you. We will explain how to become more efficient.  You have to start with your base and build with proper technique.

We will help you look for a triathlon in your community, but if there is not a formal event, that’s OK. We will help you accomplish a sprint tri on your own.

If you have your own pool or private lake, that’s great. Or you can rent a lane once a week at your local YMCA. You can bike on your Peloton or your cruiser and run/walk around your neighborhood or local track.

This particular program’s zoom meetings are Mondays 11am Central time.

That’s Ok. You will receive a copy of the recording that you can watch at your convenience.

Awesome! Just post them in your private WhatsApp group and your coaches will help you along the way.

Session Starts January 22, 2024
